Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is wonderful, just across from a beautiful beach with great views to the peninsula. I enjoyed being able to walk to the attractions of Alanya easily. However, the state of the hotel was not the best, which was a bit disappointing as the area around it was nice, and there were a few little creepy crawlies around the pool and food area.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room, even though basic as expected for the budget price, lacked maid service and had some cleanliness issues like dust and a falling apart shower door. On the bright side, the hotel's location was excellent with easy access to Alanya's attractions and a beautiful beach just across the road.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable, with fresh sheets and towels. The service was top-notch, although I witnessed some unpleasant interactions between guests. The location was superb, just across a beautiful beach with stunning views. The dining experience was excellent, especially the chicken doner and fresh fish barbecue. The facilities were impressive. However, the price was a bit high considering some minor inconveniences.
I must say, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite basic, which I expected given the budget price, but they were unfortunately filthy and had a persistent sewage smell due to bathroom drainage issues. Despite being outdated, I didn't mind that until it was time to leave. The service, on the other hand, was subpar with a significant language barrier and a lack of smiles or welcoming gestures throughout my week-long stay. The location, however, was a standout feature as it was conveniently right across from a beautiful beach with stunning views of the peninsula. The dining experience surprisingly exceeded my expectations with delicious chicken doner and fresh fish BBQ, making my meals enjoyable. The facilities were okay, nothing extraordinary, but they served their purpose. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects made my stay a memorable one.
The hotel was basic, and although the rooms were outdated and covered in dust, I didn't mind much. The shower door was falling apart, and there was no maid service; we had to manage without fresh towels or toilet rolls. On the downside, there was a persistent smell of sewage in the air.
The hotel's location across from a beautiful beach is a major highlight, but the rooms were basic and outdated with some maintenance issues. The service was a mix of friendly but poorly English-speaking staff. The dining offered good options, while the facilities were sufficient but not exceptional.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, just across a beautiful beach with stunning views, but the room had some issues like leaks if left on for too long and a few creepy crawlies. The service was decent, though it seemed the staff might be tired due to the hotel's condition.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, with a filthy bathroom and a leaking shower. However, considering the budget price, the basic room was somewhat expected. The location right across the road from the beach was a major highlight, providing a beautiful view, but the dining options left something to be desired.
The hotel had a basic room, reflecting the budget price paid, but lacked maid service and essential replacements like towels and toilet rolls. The room was also affected by a sewage smell from bathroom drains overflowing, requiring a move to a different room. The service was poor, with staff spending excessive time on personal calls, being rude, and even arguing loudly with colleagues. The location was convenient, being right across the road from a beautiful beach with good views, but not much else to offer. The dining experience was surprisingly good with options like chicken doner and fresh fish BBQ, outshining other all-inclusive hotels visited. However, the lack of facilities like housekeeping and airport shuttle impacted the overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic as expected for the budget price, but there was no maid service, and essentials like towels and toilet rolls were not replaced. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues with little creepy crawlies and leaks onto the bed after leaving the air conditioning on for too long. However, the location was convenient with the beach just across the road. The service was lacking professionalism from the staff, although some services like car hire and airport shuttle were available.
